The details that matter.
Bay Area residents 19–64 with household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level ($31,920 for one person in 2026). Prove it with an EBT or Medi-Cal card, county letter or tax return. Not valid on cable cars. Approval can take up to 30 days.
